For the references, make sure to attach photos with good lighting and quality, reference sheets or inspiration moodboards. The better the references, the more accurate the piece will be.

Commission Process:1. Ordering: Once you order the commission and we discuss the details, I'll let you know the final price and then send you an invoice through Paypal. Payment must be made upfront, in full, before I start work on the piece. For full illustrations, you may request to pay 50% of the total upfront and the remaining 50% when the artwork is finished.
2. Sketch stage: After I receive the payment I'll start working on the initial sketch/thumbnails! This is the best stage to ask for changes if you wish to.
3. Painting stage: Once the sketch is approved, I'll start painting. I can send progress shots on request.
4. Finished work: I'll send the finished artwork in both JPG and PNG format to the email address provided. The image will be over 4000 px at 300 DPI, so you can print the digital artwork for personal use if you wish to. Let me know when ordering if you need specific dimensions.Thanks for the interest!Note: All prices listed in this page are base prices. The final price of your commission can increase depending on the complexity of the piece.

Wait times
A commission will typically be finished between 1 - 6 weeks after payment, depending on the complexity of the piece. I work full time aside from art commissions, so the turnaround time may vary. Please let me know if you have a tight deadline so we can arrange something.


General Terms of Service• I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim the artwork as their own.• I reserve the right to accept or deny commissions, at my sole discretion, based on the content of the request.• I reserve the right to post the artwork on social media and use it in personal portfolios. Please let me know beforehand if you'd like the commission to be private.


Payment & Refunds• All payments must be made upfront, in full, before I start work on the piece, except for full illustrations where the client may request to pay 50% of the full price upfront and the remaining 50% when the artwork is finished.• If the client decides to cancel the commission before it is started, 95% of the full price will be refunded. If the client cancels the commission on the sketch approval stage, 75% of the full price will be refunded. No refunds will be given if the commission is beyond the sketch stage.• The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and issue a refund that will depend on the current stage of the artwork.


Process & Revisions• An initial sketch will be sent to the client for approval before continuing with the piece. At this stage the client can ask for changes to the piece, known as revisions.• Once the detailing/rendering process has started I will not make major revisions to the piece, meaning major changes to the composition, characters or background. Only minor revisions are allowed at this stage, i.e. tweaking expressions, color adjustments, etc.• After a few revisions, I may begin charging a fee for each extra revision and reserve the right to refuse any more revisions.


Terms of use• Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise use any parts of the image for personal profit (i.e. selling it in any form whether digitally or physically) - with the exception of work specifically commissioned, and with previous consent, for commercial use.• Do not recolor, alter, or otherwise edit my artwork without permission.• Do not use my work in NFT or AI projects.• Personal use of the image is allowed, i.e. sharing on social media with credit, desktop or phone backgrounds, printing the image for home decor, etc.
